The Sales Representative is responsible for selling company products and services to customers, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through the sale of company products and services to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead-generation activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales efforts
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and progress to management
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system will be a benefit
